I think there is something wrong with the Word Association thread in Off Topic. It seems that when a page is nearly full, in todays case page 67, a new page is generated, in this case 68. When you try and go to the last page is comes back witht the message "No Posts Exist For This Topic". Its almost like there is a ghost entry which is bouncing over the page.
Wierd.

I've seen this on other forums(fora?) where if posts are deleted from a thread, then the engine still thinks they exist, ie in thread 'a' there used to be 201 posts, reduced to 199 so that it shows the extra page, if you see what I mean.

And we've stepped up the issue How did we/I crash a table
Quote:
Could not obtain common word list
DEBUG MODE
SQL Error : 1194 Table 'w' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
SELECT m.word_id FROM runespuzzle_search_wordmatch m, runespuzzle_search_wordlist w WHERE w.word_text IN ('reap') AND m.word_id = w.word_id GROUP BY m.word_id HAVING COUNT(m.word_id) > 1328

I've not found it a big problem. I have now learnt just to click on the penultimate page as listed - this is the one we need. Just ignore the final page as listed!

Ah, you see we can't do that, coz sometimes the final page works OK once it has one or two posts in it. Then it falls over again when its nearly full. At least that's what it looks like to me.
I'm with the rest of you. Bin it and start again.
Ah, I see you already have.
Yip. BB.
